Regarding this group:

YOU ARE WELCOME TO AND ENCOURAGED TO MAKE A WELCOME POST TO SAY HI AND SHARE ANYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE. THIS CAN BE A VERY SHORT POST (For example: Hi I’m Jamie, I’m from Wi and I want to learn about thyroid issues.) This is not a requirement, but is strongly encouraged.
please remember the group files are valuable resource and a listing of them can be found here:
Group Files – Members Only
Please stick with us for a couple minutes in this intro post. First: we have a facebook page, which you can view and like here if you want updates: https://www.facebook.com/Adrenal-Fatigue-and-Thyroid-Care-2049798218572246/ )
We are not strict with most things and want this to be relaxed. We do have a few rules that are important to us (http://bit.ly/Pinned_post_5-2018 ) that we hope you will read and follow. They largely center around keeping things legal, not selling / promoting and getting along with others.
Please be respectful of the simple things we ask to keep this group running well.
This group is run by Jamie Dolan and Nicole Hightower. We are fellow patients, not medical professionals. Thank you for joining us.
Adrenal Fatigue and Thyroid care consists of 3 groups, please feel free to join us in all groups.
Adrenal Fatigue and Thyroid Care (link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/AdrenalFatigueandThyroidCare/)
and
Gut Health Group for Adrenal Fatigue and Thyroid Care
(We’re not strict, but the idea of the gut group is to focus more on diet and gut related issues)
You can view our website here:

We share a lot of info from Stop The Thyroid Madness in this group. Their page and website are as follows (please like the page):

To help you get started, we put together a post with some tips, please feel free to read this over:

Note: We use post approvals in this group to reduce spam and help us avoid missing posts that require a response from Nicole or Jamie. This means it may take a period of time before your post is approved, especially during the overnight hours in the US. We approve about 98% of posts, typically only rejecting posts which are advertising / promoting something in some form or posts which might cause significant disruption to the group for some reason.
Please have patience waiting for a post approval – most are approved quickly, but if we are busy, it might be a day before we have time to approve your post and give it the attention it deserves.
The purpose of the group is to answer any questions you may have, but the group is not designed to be a place for people to just promote random material. Ask questions! – we want to help. If you just want to promote a certain author or idea, we are thrilled you have found what works, but that isn’t the focus of this group.
Next step: Please take just a few more minutes to read and like the pinned post, which you can find here: http://bit.ly/Pinned_post_5-2018
Feel free to join our other groups too:
Gut Health Group for Adrenal Fatigue and Thyroid Care
NEW: We have an Experimental group that is for patients who want to test new ideas and year. You are welcome to join, BUT this experimental group will not focus on tried and true experience the same way the other groups do.
