I personally choose to take a B complex pretty much daily. I use Seeking Health B complex Plus or Thorne Basic B complex. I always used to use Thorne and there was a supply issue for a while.

I typically take 1-4 of these Healthy Gut Holozyme with food. Personally I find them similar in quality and price to Enzymedica, these theoretically have some advantages with their technology with including minerals to activate the enzymes.

I personally just do SO much better taking Vitamin D that I typically use this daily or close to – especially if it’s winter or I’m not in the sun much.
